I have an idea for a piece you don’t carry. Do you make custom furnishings?

With our extensive network of artisans we are able to custom build many pieces based on your specifications or simply a photo of the room it will go in. You can be as involved as you want to be or just leave it to us.

Many of our sales are for true one-of-a-kind furnishings. Don't think you have to settle with 'close enough'.

What if I find a product which isn’t exactly what I want, can you customize it for me?

That is a specialty of ours!

We have both in-house artisans as well as many local specialty artisans, including leather designers, metal sculptors and woodworking experts, all of which can customize our products to match your imagination, color scheme or decor.

Do you offer a warranty on the products you sell?

Yes. The warranty on our products may vary depending on the manufacturer and type of the material used. Please Get in Touch for details.

Can I pick up the Item(s) that I order?

Absolutely! We offer in-store pick up free of charge. In addition, we also offer local delivery for a fixed rate. In short, if you want it, we can work to get it to you whether it is via UPS/FedEx, ground freight or our in-house local delivery and installation service.

What are the manufacturers of the products you sell?

Here at LuLu's Home Trends Gallery, we carry a wide variety of furniture, lighting fixtures and rugs manufactured all around the world.

If you have a specific brand in mind, we highlight some of more well known manufacturers here on our website, allowing you to browse by maker as well as style and color.

Where do you ship and what are the costs?

Many larger items and custom pieces can be shipped anywhere within the continental USA. Smaller items can be shipped worldwide.

What products do you have in stock?

The vast majority of products you see here are currently in stock. If you wish have a piece delivered, you can schedule an exact time and date of delivery when placing your order.

For special orders and items that are not in stock, please call us for an expected delivery date.
